Kale Walker, General Manager, is a lifelong student of the construction industry. Kale’s 30 year career includes not only management in residential construction and commercial construction, but also “hands on” experience in all facets of the building industry. This construction experience combined with his previous experience managing an independently owned and operated Superior Walls company enables him to effectively manage the sales, manufacturing, and installation of the Superior Walls system. |

Rob Stewart, Plant Manager, began his Superior Walls career in July 2010. Rob has been involved in the precast, pre-stress, and ready mix industries for the past eleven years. His extensive supervisory and field experience is a tremendous asset to SWPCS. He directs the day to day operations of the manufacturing plant. |

Richard Jones, Installation Manager, has worked within the Superior Walls systems for over seven years in various capacities. His vast knowledge and experience with Superior Walls is a profound benefit to SWPCS. He will train and oversee all phases of installation of pre-cast foundations. |
