Kale Walker, General Manager, is a lifelong student of the construction industry. Kale’s 30 year career includes not only management in residential construction and commercial construction, but also “hands on” experience in all facets of the building industry. This construction experience combined with his previous experience managing an independently owned and operated Superior Walls company enables him to effectively manage the sales, manufacturing, and installation of the Superior Walls system. |

Dennis Faivre, Management Trainee, graduated in May of 2009 from Bradley University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. He began his career with Superior Walls shortly after in August of that same year. Dennis has become certified in the manufacturing of Superior Walls and is currently supervising the Manufacturing Process and providing support to the installation crew whenever possible in an ongoing program to learn every aspect of the business. |

Melanie Norris, Office Manager, has over 20 years of experience working in the construction field. She began her career with Superior Walls in March of 2010. Melanie manages, organizes, and coordinates office operations. She is an ambassador for Superior Walls with customers and an essential communicator with our employees. |
